This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play in your Graveyard 3 different named "Machine Emperor" monsters that were destroyed on the field and sent to the Graveyard. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. Each of these effects can be activated once per turn:
